- A review at the end, with what a full rollout would take
DigiMaps indoor wayfinding is quoted per venue: its floor area and floors, its kiosks and screens, the languages it needs, where it runs, and how much work your floor plans need. We will publish prices here once our first pilot sites are live. Until then, every quote is written for your building.

We suggest a pilot on one building first, then a cloud subscription or an on-premises licence for the whole site. Studio, the Wayfinder and the API are the same either way. What changes is who runs the server and where your data lives.
For signage integrators, kiosk makers and systems integrators who resell or deliver DigiMaps for their own customers.
These come with DigiMaps whichever way you buy it. The items under “Ask us about” depend on your site, so each one gets its own line on the quote.
Six things move a DigiMaps quote. They are the same questions we ask on the first call, and the same ones the pilot planner asks you.
For budgeting, our guide to what indoor wayfinding costs splits hardware, software and services, with public price points from other vendors and the dates we checked them. Our sourced wayfinding software comparisons also set out how each vendor sells and prices.
Send what you have. Anything missing becomes a question in our reply, not a reason to wait.
Short answers. If your procurement team needs something we haven’t covered, ask us.
Prices are not published yet. DigiMaps is priced per venue, and the quote depends on floor area, floors, kiosks and screens, languages, hosting and the state of your floor plans. We will publish prices here once our first pilot sites are live. Until then, send us your building’s details and we reply with a written quote.
A pilot covers one site, usually one building, with a fixed scope agreed before work starts: the map, the kiosks and screens named in the scope, operator training and a review at the end. It can run in our cloud or on your own server. The pilot planner drafts a scope you can send us.
No. DigiMaps is software and is quoted on its own. It runs on common kiosk hardware: Android signage boards (Android 9 or later with 2 GB of memory), Windows kiosk PCs and ChromeOS devices, with Chromium or WebView 111 or newer. If you need new screens, DigiSigns also supplies displays, video walls and totems, and can put them on the same quote.
Not yet. There is no hosted version you can open an account on today. You can try the explorer on our home page, book a walkthrough on a demo venue, or run a pilot on one building to see DigiMaps on your own site.
Yes. Signage integrators, kiosk makers and systems integrators can resell or deliver DigiMaps on partner pricing. If you already work with an integrator, tell us who, and we will quote through them or alongside them.
Yes. You can export your map as IMDF, GeoJSON or KML at any time, whichever way you buy DigiMaps. On the on-premises licence, all of your data stays on your own server.
Book a 30-minute walkthrough and bring your floor plans and a list of your screens. We follow up with a written quote and a pilot scope.
