Hotel wayfinding guests can carry from the lobby to the pool.

DigiMaps is wayfinding software for hotels and resorts. Guests find restaurants, the spa, pools and meeting rooms on a lobby kiosk, on their own phone by QR, or on your signage screens. Conference sessions come with a Take me there button, and every screen wears your brand’s colours, fonts and logo.

Conference sessions, each with a Take me there button.

Your events team adds the day’s sessions in Studio with their rooms and times. Delegates pick one on the lobby kiosk and follow the route, or scan it onto their phone. When a session changes room, every screen shows the new one within seconds.

Directory boards by the ballroom

A display-only board for signage players, in up to three languages side by side, grouped by level or category.

The programme as a feed

Events go out as an iCalendar feed, so the event website and your signage system show the same times and rooms.

Playlists between sessions

Idle kiosks play slides scheduled by daypart: breakfast in the Mornings slot, the rooftop bar in Evenings.

From the lobby to the spa, then onto the guest’s phone.

A guest taps Spa on the lobby kiosk. The route goes to the lifts, up to Level 2 and along to the spa, as numbered steps that name the lift. One scan moves it to their phone with the same language and step-free choice.

  1. 1 Lobby kiosk by reception. The route starts here.
  2. 2 Lifts to Level 2. The stairs by the bar are a shorter, stepped route.
  3. 3 Spa, Level 2.

For resorts with grounds

  • Map villas, pools and restaurants in separate buildings as one georeferenced site.
  • Routes can prefer indoor or shaded paths.
  • Outdoor kiosks get a sunlight theme with 7:1 contrast on every text pair.

Your brand on every screen, with the hotel pack underneath.

Colours, fonts, logo, category colours and route styling are set in Studio, previewed live and published with the map. The hotel pack sets up everything else, and you can change any of it.

Questions hotel teams ask us

Can guests use the map on their phones?

Yes. A guest scans the kiosk’s QR code and the route opens in their phone’s browser with the same destination, language and step-free choice. You can also link to the map from your website or booking confirmations. There is no app to install.

Can it show today’s events and conference sessions?

Yes. Your events team adds each session in Studio with its room, time, a picture and repeat dates. Sessions show under What’s on with a Take me there button, changes reach every screen within seconds, and an iCalendar feed is available for your website or signage.

Will it match our brand?

Yes. Your colours, fonts, logo, category colours and route styling are set in Studio, previewed live and published with the map. The hotel pack’s hospitality-luxe preset is only the starting point.

Which languages can guests use?

Venue content can be written in any of 54 languages, up to 24 per venue, with right-to-left Arabic. The kiosk interface ships in English, Arabic, Russian and Chinese, and non-English text stays in draft until your team approves it. Map fonts are bundled for Latin, Cyrillic and Arabic; other scripts need a font you supply.

Does it connect to our property-management or booking system?

No connector ships for property-management, booking or meeting-room reservation systems. Your developers can use deep links, the REST API and HMAC-signed webhooks, for example to link a booking confirmation to the right meeting room on the map.

Can lobby screens run promotions when nobody is using them?

Yes. Idle kiosks play your signage playlist: pictures, video, text, web pages or HTML5 packages, scheduled by daypart from Mornings to Overnight and by zone, with proof of play for each slide. Notices and emergencies always show on top.

Show us your lobby and one conference floor.

Send us the plans for your public floors, your brand colours and a list of your screens. On a 30-minute call we show the hotel pack on a demo venue, a conference day in What’s on and a route moving to a phone, and go through what a pilot at your property would need. We are looking for our first pilot hotels.
