Book a 30-minute DigiMaps demo.
A DigiMaps demo is a 30-minute call with our team on a fictional demo venue. We show Studio, a kiosk, the hand-off to a phone and a live closure, then answer your questions on hosting, languages and pilots.
- 00 Your building Floors, screens, languages and the date you are working to. Call
- 05 Studio A floor in the editor, then one change through review, publish and rollback. Studio
- 12 Kiosk to phone Search, a step-free route and Listen, then the same route on a phone by QR. Kiosk
- 18 Live operations Close a lift and watch the route change. Then emergency mode on every screen. Live
- 23 Hosting and security Our cloud or your server, air-gapped sites, and what we hold no certificate for yet. Server
- 27 Next steps What a pilot on your site would involve, and what we would need from you. Pilot
Bring what you have. None of it is required.
A floor plan and a list of your screens make the half hour far more useful, because we can answer for your building instead of in general. If you have neither, we run the whole call on the demo venue.
| No. | Item | Send it as | What it lets us show you |
|---|---|---|---|
| 01 | Floor plans | DXF, DWG, PDF or an image | How a drawing like yours comes in. A DXF imports directly; a PDF shows tracing and room-by-room review. |
| 02 | Screen list | Make or OS, size, portrait or landscape | Whether your screens run DigiMaps as they are: Chromium or WebView 111 or newer, and WebGL 2. |
| 03 | Languages | Which ones, and who writes them | Arabic right to left on the kiosk and phone, and what other scripts need from you. |
| 04 | Hosting rules | Can data leave the site? Is there internet at the kiosks? | Whether our cloud, your own server or a server with no internet fits your building. |
| 05 | Questions from IT and procurement | A questionnaire or tender clauses | What we can show today, and what we don’t have yet. Trust and evidence |

Before you book
Routes start at the kiosk, with no beacons. Read how DigiMaps positions visitors without beacons.
How long is the demo?
Thirty minutes. Most of it is DigiMaps working on a demo venue, with time at the end for your questions and for what a pilot would involve. If your IT or security team wants a separate session, ask for one in the form.
Can we see our own building?
Bring a floor plan and we can use it to show how a drawing like yours comes in. A full, routable map of your building is pilot work: it needs every floor, the doors and lifts, and a review by your team.
Do you demo in Arabic?
Yes. We switch the kiosk and phone to Arabic, with right-to-left layout, Arabic search and directions in Arabic. If you would like the conversation itself in Arabic, say so in the form and we will tell you what we can arrange.
Can we try DigiMaps ourselves first?
Not as a self-serve product yet: there is no hosted version you can open an account on. You can try the explorer on our home page now, and a pilot on one building is the way to run DigiMaps on your own site.
Will you show a blue dot moving on a phone?
No. DigiMaps works without beacons: each kiosk has a fixed “You are here” point and hands the route to a phone by QR code. A moving blue dot needs a positioning provider, a site survey and, on iPhone, a native app, so we offer it as a commissioned pilot instead.
What happens after the call?
We send a short summary by email. If a pilot makes sense, a written pilot scope and quote follow once we have seen your plans and your list of screens.
Scope a pilot before the call.
The pilot planner turns your floors, screens, languages and hosting into a draft scope sheet. Send it with a request, or take it to your next internal meeting.
