T-01What these terms cover

These terms apply when you use digimaps.io: reading its pages, trying the explorer, downloading anything we publish here and sending us a form. The site is run by DigiSigns, operated by Digiboard Tech Private Limited, Stirring Minds, 2-A/3, Kundan Mansion, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi 110002, India. “We” and “us” mean that company.

They do not give you a licence to the DigiMaps software. Using DigiMaps, in our cloud or on your own server, is covered by a separate written agreement between your organisation and us. If the two ever conflict, that agreement wins.

You may

  • Read, print and share pages for your own evaluation and procurement work
  • Quote short passages, with credit to DigiMaps by DigiSigns and a link
  • Copy code samples from our developer pages to integrate with DigiMaps
  • Link to any page

Please don’t

  • Try to break, overload or get around the site’s security
  • Run vulnerability scanners or automated attacks against it
  • Copy the site in bulk to republish it as your own
  • Present yourself as DigiSigns, or as a DigiMaps partner without our written agreement
  • Use our forms to send spam or anything unlawful

If you find a security problem, email support@digisigns.in instead of testing it further.

T-03Information, not an offer

Our pages describe what DigiMaps does on the date shown, including what it does not do yet. They are not an offer, a quote, a warranty or a service commitment. The product changes as we release new versions, so confirm anything you rely on for a purchase in your written quote or agreement. We do not publish prices on this site.

T-04Illustrations and sample data

Drawings, product mock-ups and the explorer show how DigiMaps behaves, using fictional venues and sample data. Times, distances, counts and names in them are examples. They are not measurements from a real building and not customer results. We label illustrations where they appear, like this:

T-05Our names, content and code

The names DigiMaps and DigiSigns and their logos belong to us. So do the text, drawings and code on this site, unless a page says otherwise. You may use them as section T-02 allows. Please do not use our names or logos in a way that suggests we endorse you or your product, or that you are our partner, unless we have agreed it in writing.

Code samples on our developer pages may be copied and adapted to build integrations with DigiMaps.

T-06Other companies and links

Names of other companies and products, including competitors and signage players, belong to their owners. We use them only to identify those products and to compare fairly, and we link and date our sources. If you think a comparison is wrong, email us. We will check it and correct anything that is wrong.

Links to other websites are there for convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

T-07What you send us

When you send a form or an email, you confirm that the details are accurate and that you may share any floor plans or documents you attach. We use them to answer you and to prepare a demo, quote or pilot, as the privacy policy describes. Sending us material does not by itself create a contract or a duty of confidentiality. If you need one before sharing drawings, ask us for a non-disclosure agreement first.

T-08No warranty

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we provide it as it is, without warranties of any kind, as far as the law allows. The site may be unavailable at times, and a page may contain an error we have not yet corrected.

T-09Limits of liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss that comes from using this website or relying on its content. That includes indirect or consequential loss, lost profit and lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as liability for fraud.

T-10Law and courts

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about this website. If you use the site as a consumer in another country, you keep any protections your local law gives you that cannot be excluded.

T-11Changes and contact

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, which took effect on 24 October 2026. Questions about these terms go to support@digisigns.in, or by post to Digiboard Tech Private Limited, Stirring Minds, 2-A/3, Kundan Mansion, Asaf Ali Road, New Delhi 110002, India.

Questions about these terms

Do these terms give us a licence to use DigiMaps?

No. They cover this website only. Using DigiMaps at a venue, in our cloud or on your own server, needs a separate written agreement with Digiboard Tech Private Limited, such as a pilot agreement or a licence.

Can we quote this website in a tender document or report?

Yes. Short quotes and screenshots are fine if you credit DigiMaps by DigiSigns and give the page address and the date you read it. Please do not present our illustrations or sample numbers as measured results.

Is the explorer on the home page real product data?

No. It is an illustration of how the DigiMaps Wayfinder behaves, using fictional venues and sample data. Distances, times and names in it are examples.

Can we test the security of this website?

Please do not run scans or attacks against the site. If you find a security problem, email support@digisigns.in with the details and we will work with you to fix it before anything is made public.

Which law applies to these terms?

The laws of India, with the courts at New Delhi deciding any dispute about this website. If you use the site as a consumer elsewhere, you keep any protections your local law gives you that cannot be excluded.

Product terms come in a written agreement.

Pilots, cloud subscriptions and on-premises licences are covered by a written agreement. Tell us about your venue and ask for the agreement that would apply to your project.
