Partner with DigiMaps to add wayfinding to the screens you install.

The DigiMaps partner programme is for signage integrators, kiosk makers, sign makers and systems integrators in India and the GCC. You sell, install and look after the screens. We supply the software: one Studio for every client venue, kiosk setup guides, and a training programme your team can sign off.

Who the programme is for.

Five kinds of company already stand in the buildings where visitors get lost. Here is what DigiMaps adds to the work each of them does now.

Partner You already DigiMaps adds
Signage integrators and resellers Install and run screens in malls, hospitals, offices and campuses. A routable map on those screens. Idle kiosks still play the signage playlist.
Kiosk and display makers Build totems and touch kiosks, often to a tender drawing. Wayfinding that runs in the kiosk’s browser on Android, Windows or ChromeOS, with a reach mode for seated visitors.
Sign makers and wayfinding consultants Plan the static signs and the names on them. A digital layer that uses the same destination names, plus closures and notices a printed sign cannot show.
Systems integrators (IT, AV, smart building) Bid hospital, government and campus tenders with many subsystems. An on-premises or air-gapped server, SAML 2.0 and OpenID Connect sign-in, and signed webhooks into your other systems.
Architects, CAD and GIS services Produce the drawings and spatial data for the building. DXF import, and export of the finished map as IMDF, GeoJSON or KML.

How a partner project runs, from site walk to live operations.

Six stops, the same on every venue. Who does each task is agreed per project; what DigiMaps gives you at each stop is fixed.

  1. Survey

Walk the venue. Count the screens, find their power and network points, and find out who holds the floor plans.

From DigiMapsHardware guidance: Android signage boards, Windows kiosk PCs or ChromeOS, with a Chromium or WebView 111+ engine.

  2. Plans

Turn the client’s drawings into a map of every floor.

From DigiMapsDXF import with no AI needed. DWG through a converter. PDF or image plans through AI-assisted tracing that a person reviews. Measure one wall to set the scale.

  3. Studio build

Units, doors, lifts and routes. Names, opening hours, languages and the client’s branding.

From DigiMaps21 editor tools, 14 industry packs and a theme per venue. Your team and the client’s can edit the same floor at once.

  4. Kiosk SAT

Install each kiosk and test it on site before handover.

From DigiMapsA kiosk site acceptance test checklist, a device token per kiosk, and remote identify and screenshot.

  5. Go-live

Review and publish the first release. Train the venue’s own staff.

From DigiMapsReview and approval, scheduled publish and rollback. Operator guides and a competency checklist.

  6. Live operations

Venue staff post closures and notices. You look after the screens.

From DigiMapsHeartbeats, offline alerts by email or webhook, monthly kiosk uptime reports, remote reload and reboot.

How deals work. What we ask, and what is not written yet.

The programme is new. Rather than print terms we have not settled, here is what is fixed and what we agree with each partner before the first project.

What we ask of partners

  • Someone on your team completes the training programme and competency checklist before your first go-live.
  • Every kiosk passes the SAT checklist before handover.
  • You look after the screens and hardware you install, as the client’s first call.
  • You describe DigiMaps as it is. No certifications, uptime figures or positioning accuracy we do not claim ourselves.

Before you apply, read about DigiSigns and the team in New Delhi.

Apply to the partner programme.

Tell us what you install, where you work and who your customers are.

  1. We reply by email and set up a call about your customers and projects.
  2. We walk you through DigiMaps on a sample venue. Bring a floor plan from a current project if you have one.
  3. We agree the partner terms in writing before your first joint project.

Questions partners ask first

Will DigiSigns compete with us on our deals?

How existing accounts and new leads are handled goes into the written partner agreement, before any joint project starts. Tell us which accounts you are already working on and we will agree, in writing, how they are treated. We have not published standard partner terms yet, so ask rather than assume.

Can we white-label DigiMaps for our clients?

Each venue carries its own branding: colours, fonts, logo, category colours and route styling, previewed in Studio and published with the map. The visitor app shows a small “Powered by DigiMaps” footer. Whether it can be removed on your projects is part of the partner agreement.

Which kiosk hardware and signage players work?

DigiMaps runs in a browser on Android signage boards (including Android 9 with 2 GB of memory), Windows kiosk PCs and ChromeOS, with a Chromium or WebView 111+ engine and WebGL 2. Signage players that can open a URL or read an RSS feed can show the signage page, the directory board or the feeds, and the manuals include setup notes for Xibo, BrightSign, Yodeck and ScreenCloud. No board or player model has been verified yet, so each one is tested on site before go-live.

What training is there for our team?

Operator guides, administrator manuals, API documentation and training material, 38 manual pages in all, plus a training programme with a competency checklist your staff can sign off. A kiosk site acceptance test checklist covers each screen before handover.

What margins or partner pricing do you offer?

Partner pricing is agreed with each partner in writing. We do not publish prices or margins yet. Price depends on the same things as a direct sale: floor area, floors, kiosks and screens, languages, hosting and data conversion.

Can you support projects in the UAE and Saudi Arabia?

Yes, through partners. DigiSigns has no office in the Gulf; our team works from New Delhi, Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 19:00 IST. DigiMaps supports Arabic right to left, and can run on a server on the client’s own network, including sites with no internet.

Bring us the kiosk project you are quoting now.

Send the floor plans and the screen list. In a 30-minute call we will show how DigiMaps would run on it, and agree who would set up what.
