Is there a phone number?
Not one we publish yet. Email support@digisigns.in or use the form on this page, and if a call helps, we arrange one at a time that suits your time zone.
Do you have an office in the UAE or Saudi Arabia?
No. DigiSigns is based in New Delhi and has no office in the Gulf. A Gulf project is delivered with a local integrator partner, and our team supports it remotely from 08:30 to 17:30 UAE time and 07:30 to 16:30 Saudi time, Monday to Friday.
How do I report a security issue?
Email support@digisigns.in with “Security” in the subject, the steps to reproduce, and the URL or version you tested. Access no more data than you need to show the problem, and give us reasonable time to fix it before you publish.
Can you send documents to our security team?
Yes. Our security questionnaire, threat model and penetration-test scope are available under NDA, and a UAE control mapping is available for your legal and information-security review. Ask with “Security” in the subject line.
Is DigiMaps the same as Digimap?
No. DigiMaps is indoor wayfinding software made by DigiSigns, operated by Digiboard Tech Private Limited in New Delhi. It has no connection with Digimap, the EDINA map data service for UK education.
